About the Herd
Hello everyone! We’re absolutely thrilled to share our journey on the farm! In May 2024, we kicked things off by welcoming two Does and three Doelings, who are now amazing foundation of our herd. To spice things up, we brought in three older doelings and two bred does in September 2024. Our bred does had twins, bumping our herd up to 14. In June 2025 we brought in our herd sire to start the 2025 breeding season. We can hardly contain our excitement for upcoming kidding season. It’s going to be such a busy and exhilarating time, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds! Check out our new additions (20 new baby goats, kids) which were born between 12/29/25 and 1/6/2026.
Loretta
Loretta is the proud queen of our herd, and she excels in her role as protector. While the rest of the herd enjoy their peaceful naps, you can often find her perched on a downed tree, keeping a watchful eye over the pasture. Her vigilance ensures that everyone remains safe and secure, making her a great leader.
Lulu
Welcome to our farm! We're excited to share that Lulu and her sister Lyla, who joined us during our last outdoor doe procurement have both blessed us with adorable kids. Lulu delivered twin bucklings, while Lyla welcomed twin doelings. Both mothers handled the birthing process beautifully, even if it did happen in the wee hours of night!
Rita
Lyla's daughter is a delightful bundle of energy she's both feisty and friendly, always ready to greet us with enthusiasm whenever we step into the fields. Her warm personality makes every outing interesting, and her eagerness to connect with us is truly heartwarming. It's impossible not to smile when she's around!
Maura
Meet our bottle baby who quickly became a beloved member of family. She always greets us with a cheerful "hi," and when the new herd was forming, she preferred our company over theirs, making us feel truly special. Now that she’s grown, she discovered the joys of playing with her new friends, and we couldn’t be happier to see her thriving!
Lacy and Nemesis
Lacy, a striking tan and white figure, stands as steadfast second-in-command to her sister Loretta. With a watchful eye, she ensures that member of the herd follows orders diligently. When it's time for Loretta to take a well-deserved rest, Lacy takes charge, guarding the herd with unwavering loyalty and strength. Alongside her is one of her twins, Nemesis, she embodies the spirit of teamwork and protection within their community.
Oliver
Meet Oliver, one of the two adorable bucklings born in February '25. While his brother Norman has found a new home, Oliver is available and growing beautifully. Don't miss the chance to bring this charming little guy into your family!
Jane and Calypso
Meet Jane, our beloved Purebred who adds a striking touch of black to our collection. Alongside her, we have Calyspo, our charming white companion from our very first batch of five. Calyspo is also one of Lacy's twins, bringing even more joy to our colorful family!
Goliath
Introducing our 2025 herd sire, Goliath! With impeccable genetics, he is an exceptional addition to our farm. Goliath has seamlessly mated with our does, and we eagerly anticipate a significant number of kids arriving in January and February of 2026. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new chapter!
